1994  Schörling truck-mounted sweeper business acquired and Bucher-Schörling established.

Since 1994  Bucher Hydraulics expanded with the acquisitions of Hidroirma (1994), Beringer Hydraulik (1996) and Hydrotechnik Frutigen (1997).
