1989  Laeis GmbH purchased (Laeis-Bucher).
1991  Rolba sweeper and snow blower business acquired (merged with Bucher-Guyer in 1993).

Since 1994  Bucher Hydraulics expanded with the acquisitions of Hidroirma (1994), Beringer Hydraulik (1996) and Hydrotechnik Frutigen (1997).
